Confession.

I have approximately 20 pairs of jeans in my closet.
Of those, I wear only about 5 pairs of them.
So you might ask, 'why dont you give away the rest of the jeans that you dont wear?'
Well, the answer is because one day I dream of living on a ranch, so I really might need those old jeans one day.
Im a dreamer, what can I say.

10 wonderful things

  1. Sleeping in your own bed after you've been away.
  2. When you make someone else's day.
  3. Being sent mail.
  4. Listening to your favorite songs on repeat
  5. When you arrive just as the bus is pulling up.
  6. People who just 'get' you.
  7. Finding things you thought you had lost.
  8. Checking the time and it's exactly '11:11'
  9. Making it home just before it rains.
  10. Waking up to text messages from friends.

hello december

today the weather in san francisco was in the 40s. and i just might need to break out mittens, scarves, hats, long underwear, and a fire. it is just pretty rare to get this cold here. but i guess if the cold weather means christmas, then ill take it any day.

thanksgiving

for thanksgiving this year, my sweet friends matt, ashleigh, and adam came to spend thanksgiving with my crazy family (god bless them) in tahoe. it was so good for my soul to spend a weekend with such lovely people.

thoughts on the cold, blustery weather:

we headed back into the city friday night to get a little taste of this beautiful place filled with sunny weather, organic food, funky people, and scenic views.
